Please note that the attached garage can be accessed via the basement, and is only to be used for storing supplies. This is where the furnace/electrical panel is located.

there is an old rock staircase leading down to the garage that we do not recommend using, and have cordoned off the area to ensure folks stay safe
fire's are permitted in the designated fire pit, however we please ask folks look to see if there is a ban on fires by visiting novascotia burnsafe There is extra wood located in the basement. Please help yourself for use of this wood at the outdoor fire pit.
guests are welcome to use the staircase and observation deck by the water, which offer fantastic views and a closer connection to the ocean However, please note that these areas are to be used at your own discretion. The area has a strong current, and the tide rises quite high, and we recommend exercising caution as it is quite rocky. The property owner and the manager will not be held liable for any incidents or injuries that may occur while using these facilities. We encourage guests to exercise caution and enjoy these features responsibly.
